Check which days your rubbish collections take place and how to leave your bins out for collection. View and download your latest collection calendar.
Check the rules for collection of each of your bins to make sure we are able to collect them.
Check your collection days
Leave your bin:
- out by 6am on your collection day
- where it can be seen easily
- At the edge of your property where it meets the public highway
We will not collect your bin if it:
- is not left for collection at the edge of your property where it meets the public highway
- contains waste that should be in a different bin
- is over-filled and the lid does not close
If your bin has been missed
If your bin is missed, or you have any other problem with the collection, you need to report it within 2 working days, starting at 10pm on the day of the collection. You can do this online, and you do not need to sign up for an account.
